Can I really print 100 different designs on 100 mugs in one order?

Yes, that is one of our core capabilities. Send us a folder with 100 design files, each clearly named, and a corresponding list. We produce them one by one in sequence. One order, one shipment, no mix-ups, no extra fee.

What file format and resolution do you need for the artwork?

We accept AI, PSD, PDF, or high-resolution PNG/JPG. 300dpi is recommended. If your file does not meet print standards, our pre-press team will contact you to resolve it before production.

Is it really microwave and dishwasher safe? Won't the print fade?

Yes to both. Two minutes in the microwave is fine. Expect 1000+ dishwasher cycles with minimal change to both the sublimated print and the interior glaze color.

Will the print scratch off or fade over time?

No. The ink is fused inside the glaze layer, not sitting on top. Normal use and dishwasher cycles will not affect it. The only way to damage the print is to physically damage the glaze itself.

What is the customization process? How long does a sample take?

Simple. You send designs and quantity. We create mockups. After approval, a small sample fee gets you a physical sample in 3-5 working days. That fee is fully deducted from your bulk order, so the sample effectively becomes free.

What is your standard lead time? Can you rush an order?

Standard lead time is 7-10 working days. Mixed-design orders add 1-2 working days. For trade shows or tight event deadlines, we can often compress to 5 working days. No rush fee for established customers.

How do you package for safe delivery? Will mugs break during international shipping?

Each mug is individually bubble-bagged, then packed into a thick corrugated master carton. We drop-test every packaging design. Average transit breakage is under 0.3%. If any breakage occurs, we credit you for the exact count.

I am overseas. How do we handle communication and logistics?

We have served international clients for over a decade. Communication via email or WhatsApp. We handle mockups, sampling, production, and freight (sea or air). You provide local customs clearance information. We take care of the rest.
