What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for this 1.5oz sublimation shot glass?
The MOQ for blank glass wholesale is 144 pieces. For custom printing, the MOQ starts from 144 pieces. We also support sample sending for quality confirmation before bulk orders.
Are the printed patterns dishwasher-safe?
After sublimation transfer, the patterns are firmly bonded to the coated surface. Hand washing with mild detergent is recommended to extend print longevity. Frequent high-temperature dishwasher cycles are not recommended.
How long is the production lead time?
Blank cups are in stock and ship within 1-3 business days after payment. For custom printing orders, the production cycle is typically 7-12 business days (depending on order quantity). A digital proof will be provided for approval before mass production.
How do you handle breakage during shipping?
We offer replacement compensation for breakage during transit. Please take photos and report the breakage quantity within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I print multiple different designs in one order?
Yes. Mixed printing with multiple different designs in a single order is supported with no separate plate fees. However, a setup fee for design changeovers will apply (quoted based on the number of designs).
