Is the colored glaze food-safe? Any health concerns?
Completely food-safe. The glaze passes LFGB standards for food contact. Safe for hot coffee, tea, and kids’ use.
Is it really microwave and dishwasher safe? Won't the print fade?
Yes to both. Two minutes in the microwave is fine. Expect 1000+ dishwasher cycles with minimal change to both the sublimated print and the interior glaze color.
Do all 8 colors cost the same? Any upcharge for certain colors?

What's the minimum order? Can I mix colors?

Does this mug have a sublimation coating? Do I press it myself?
Yes. The mug comes with a high-quality sublimation coating applied—it’s not a plain glossy mug. You press it yourself using a heat press. Recommended settings: 180-200°C (356-392°F) for200-240 seconds. The coating grabs ink deeply, producing vibrant colors and sharp edges without bleeding. Let it cool briefly after pressing and the print is set.
