What material is the tumbler made of?
The body is double-wall ceramic with a premium sublimation coating. The lid is food-grade white silicone with a drinking spout. Both are BPA-free and safe for daily use.
Can the entire conical surface be printed?
Yes. The full exterior surface is coated for sublimation. Your design wraps edge-to-edge around the cone. We’ll adjust your artwork template to match the taper so nothing gets distorted.
Is the cup leak-proof?
The silicone lid fits tightly to prevent splashes and minor spills during daily use. It is not fully leak-proof for extended inverted storage or aggressive shaking. We recommend keeping the cup upright when filled.
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 48 pieces for custom-printed tumblers. Smaller trial runs may be accommodated — reach out to our sales team and we’ll find a solution that works for you.
How does custom logo printing work? Any setup fees?
Send us your artwork. No setup fees. We’ll provide a digital proof within hours. Once approved, production starts.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Blank stock samples and custom pre-production samples are both available. Sample fees can be deducted from your bulk order. Contact us to arrange yours.
What if mugs break during shipping?
Our foam inserts and 5-ply cartons keep breakage very low. If damage occurs, send photos within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll credit you for the broken pieces. No runaround.
Are the tumblers microwave and dishwasher safe?
The ceramic body is microwave and dishwasher safe. We recommend removing the silicone lid before microwaving and hand washing the lid separately to maintain its shape and fit.
