Will the sublimation-printed pattern fade or scratch off?
Our coating uses a specially formulated recipe. After sublimation transfer, the ink penetrates into the coating rather than sitting on the surface. Under normal use, the print is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and fade-resistant. However, we still recommend avoiding scratching the surface with sharp metal objects.
Is the pill case safe for direct contact with medication? Is the material eco-friendly?
The pill case is made of aluminum alloy, which is inherently non-toxic and odorless. The interior compartments have no additional coating and retain the raw metal finish, ensuring safe direct contact with medication. Blank cases are in regular stock and ship within 3-7 business days after payment. For custom printing orders, the production cycle is typically 7-12 business days (depending on order quantity). A digital proof will be provided for client approval before mass production.

Yes. Mixed batches with multiple designs in a single order are supported with no separate plate fees. However, a setup fee for design changeovers will apply (charged once based on the number of designs).

However, we do not recommend long-term storage in high-humidity environments (such as bathrooms) or submersion in water, as this may affect the coating and metal hinge longevity.
