What size cup does this machine work with?
This machine is specifically designed for 30oz straight wall stainless steel tumblers. It gives the best results with this size.
Can I print other cup sizes with this machine?
Technically, if a cup can be clamped in and the machine closes, it will transfer the design. However, we do not recommend this. When printing smaller cups, parts of the heating pad will have no contact with the cup surface. This causes dry heating and can damage the heating element over time.
Why does dry heating damage the machine?
The heating pad is designed to transfer heat into a cup. When sections of the pad are exposed to air with nothing to absorb the heat, those areas overheat and wear out faster. This shortens the life of the heating element.
What kind of tumblers do I need for best results?
Use 30oz stainless steel tumblers with a sublimation coating and straight sides. Standard uncoated cups will not work.
What voltage does it use?
Both 110V and 220V are available. Let us know your location when ordering.
Is this machine good for beginners?
Yes. Operation is straightforward. Set temperature and time, clamp the cup, wait for the beep. Easy to learn.
