Can you print photo-quality images?
Yes. Dye-sublimation is perfect for photo-quality images, gradients, and complex designs. Color transitions come out smooth, without the dot pattern you’d see with screen printing.
Are these tins food-safe?
Is it easy to print on the aluminum panel myself?
Very easy. Align your printed sublimation paper onto the aluminum panel, then press once with a heat press at the recommended temperature and time. We include a reference sheet with heat press settings in every shipment, so even first-timers can get good results quickly.
Will the tins get damaged during shipping?
No. Each tin is individually wrapped or separated, then packed in reinforced cartons with corner protection. We have extensive export packaging experience for both sea freight and express shipping.
Is the aluminum panel attached to the lid? Can I buy just the aluminum inserts?
The standard design has the aluminum panel embedded or attached to the lid, pre-assembled before shipping. If you only need the coated aluminum inserts separately, we can supply those as well—MOQ and sizing need to be confirmed.
